Fiber Arts Festival

JUNE 8 AND 9, 2018

Whatever your fiber passion…
you’ll find a piece of it in our Marketplace!

You will be delighted to arrive at our Marketplace filled with a broad range of handcrafted items.

  • How about some well-tailored hand woven clothing like a vest or skirt?  Now that will make a fashion statement?
  • Or, do you own a cat who would love to have a cat cave made out of felted alpaca
  • Need a new hand woven cotton dishtowel to match the new paint in your kitchen?
  • Whoa!  I can’t believe you’ll also find socks made on a 100-year- old sock-making
    machine, how cool is that?
  • Do you like felted items?  Then you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the creative items these artists have made for you!

You’ll be meeting the fiber artists and many will demonstrate their craft right in their booth:

  • Weaving
  • Spinning
  • Drop Spindle Spinning
  • Knitting
  • Crafting

The Artists’ Marketplace is open Friday from 3 – 7 pm at the Grange with a Wine & Cheese Reception (no host) from 4 – 6 pm.  The Artists’ Marketplace, filled with appealing handcrafted fiber arts, will continue on Saturday at the Grange and at Creek Side Quilting 9 – 5 pm.
