Trout Lake Fiber Arts Festival

June 8 & 9  2018

Trout Lake WA

Fiber arts play a role everyday in our lives, serving both a practical function and by adding beauty to our world.  Some of the techniques that are used to produce these items today were developed centuries ago and have been a part of cultures all over the world.  This festival is being organized to share and explore the traditions of fiber arts craftspeople, enjoy what is new, and to celebrate the creativity and function of this medium.

The two day event will include workshops, displays, demonstrations, and a crafters marketplace.  There is a need for teachers, vendors, and craftspeople who would be willing to share a skill, demonstrate a technique, or display their work.

Currently events and workshops are being scheduled, and there are spaces for vendors.   There will be tented areas outdoors and spaces inside as well.  Inside spaces will be limited to 6’ x 10’  areas, but outdoors will be 10’ x 10’.

There will be a $25 booth fee for all selling participants.  Workshop fees will be on an individual basis.
